TRACEY FORD - JAGS FOUNDATION

JAGS Foundation was set up following the tragic murder of Tracey Fords 17 year old son, James Andre Godfrey Smartt-Ford inside Streatham Ice Rink in February 2007.

It was founded as a Community Interest Company , to raise awareness of the consequences of youth murder and works to address issues affecting young people in the hope that we can create a society where young people have a right to life. Tracey Ford advocates and campaigns to raise public consciousness as to the epidemic of youth violence at community and government levels and is a regular contributor to local and national television and radio debates. An exceptional speaker whose use of restorative justice principles underpins the work that allows the reflection of the harm and devastation caused within society to be addressed throughout the UK in schools, young offender institutions, prisons, statutory and community organisations.
